Hi Kelly. Yes as of 945 am yesterday we removed the bags and emptied them on the high end of the beach
away from the creek. We slit the bags,.20 in all, so they couldn't be used again and threw them away. A
gentlemen from Natural Resources came down about the time we finished.

Hi Kelly; as of 7:45 am Sunday I personally pulled the 30 plus bags from the creek and stacked them on the beach. As I
have no help in this matter, between this afternoon and tmrw, I will have humped them to the parking lot off of the
beach.
