For example, the best place for the washing machine would be on the second floor where all the laundry is generated. I would rework the master bath and local to install bath there. The location of the powder room is bad in the existing and could go where the laundry is planned. The windows over the kitchen sink should be a double of triple casement . The isometric shows 2 large double hung windows ( which are impossible). Etc, etc. The floor plans are not our concern. But I can't help but advise the home owner that they could do better.
