Good Morning:
I hope that you are well.
We have a (70) foot pitch pine that is part of a group of (3) south facing trees at 34 Lookout in Yarmouth
Port. We have been here full time for (3) years and although this one tree always had a distinctive lean
it has increased approximately 10% in the last year.
Our concern is that due to its proximity to the other two pitch pines , when it becomes uprooted it will
disturb the other trees associated bases and root structure causing a potential for additional tree loss.
This tree is located (66) feet from the marsh and 18 feet from the deck and house structure.
There are currently (25) remaining trees on the south side of the property.
We would like permission to remove this leaning tree believing it will preserve the other two.
We have quotes from both Kris at Forrest Keepers and Eager Beavers.
We have included pictures within.
If you could approve the removal it would be most appreciated.

Here is the list of plants we have /or are installing this week to replace the approved removal of the
rhododendron and leaning white pine tree:
1- Dogwood Tree, Cornus Florida
3- Summersweet, hummingbird
3- Inkberry
2- oak leaf hydrandrangea
1- Arrowood viburnum
