I hope that you are well. I just wanted to reach out in regards to the violation that occurred at 172 Blue Rock
Road. The property owners have reached out to us to assist them in remedying the enforcement order that had
been issued to the address. I am hoping that we can preemptively continue the matter scheduled for 3/4/2021
hearing, and provide the commission with an update that the property owner is moving forward with what the
enforcement order is requiring, but we just need a bit more time. If we could continue it another two weeks, so
that we have time to get the engineer’s files and lets us develop a plan for submittal.
Please let me know if this works.
