Hi Kelly
We are thinking of expanding our upper deck in the back of the house which abuts Follins
Pond. Before we spend money drafting a plan, I thought it best to try and find out what the rules
would be relative to our idea.
If you recall, we had taken out an old railroad tie wall and replaced it with natural stone boulders. Our
idea is to expand the deck close to the stone wall line.
We also have an existing lower deck that extends to the same spot that we’d add the upper
deck. Knowing rules have changed over the years, I wanted to check your pulse.
I’ve attached a couple of pictures to share a better vision of what I’m describing.
Happy to jump on a call or simply let me know your thoughts.
Thanks!
Rick
