Although a file # is being issued, please note the following:
Observations made during the Drought Advisory, starting on June 1, 2020 and ending January 7, 2021 for
the Cape Cod EEA Drought Region, are not in compliance with 310 CMR 10.58(2)(a)1.d. The applicant
must address the Riverfront Area performance standards in 310 CMR 10.58(4) prior to the Conservation
Commission issuing an Order of Conditions.
Supplemental documentation shall be submitted to the Conservation Commission in the manner in which
they require and MassDEP via email to Andrew.Poyant@mass.gov.
