Capelle Subject:RE: Conservation Review - Building Permit Application for 31 Bayberry Rd Good Morning Kelly, Certainly! The existing foundation walls are CMU block and only 4'-0" deep. A small trench or hole will be hand dug at each pile installation location, with excavated soils will being stored directly adjacent to each. No work will be performed any further than 3'-0" - 4'-0" from the existing building footprint. The work will only take 3-5 business days. We can install any suggested precautions. Typically we don't need to use silt fences or swaddle as we are not on a site very long. The close proximity to the wetlands may mean a filing is required with the Conservation Commission.
