Good Morning Kelly,
Certainly!
The existing foundation walls are CMU block and only 4'-0" deep. A small trench or hole will be hand dug at each pile
installation location, with excavated soils will being stored directly adjacent to each. No work will be performed any
further than 3'-0" - 4'-0" from the existing building footprint. The work will only take 3-5 business days. We can install
any suggested precautions. Typically we don't need to use silt fences or swaddle as we are not on a site very long.
Best Regards,
Mirade Myette

Hi Mirade
Can you give me a bit more detail on the extent of the excavation of material around the foundation, where it will be
stock piled and what sediment control measures will be used? The close proximity to the wetlands may mean a filing is
required with the Conservation Commission.
Thanks
Kelly

This a repair only; the footprint of the building will not be altered. A copy of our permit application and all supporting
documentation is attached. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and I will be happy to address
them. If you and your department has no objections to the work to be performed, please send me a quick email stating
