In theory this seems appropriate, however taking a quick look at the property file I don’t see approvals for the existing
deck? It looks like it was added after the last permit we issued in This will raise a red flag. There may have been other
signoffs but I can’t see anything in the Building file. Is there buffer vegetation proposed? That may help.

Hello Kelly, Could I confirm that the attached would be an RDA filing. We are close to the bank but we are reducing the
buffer construction. We are removing a deck and a conc. patio and replacing with a paver patio for a new reduction of
160 s.f.
