Planting plan looks good. The filing requirement depends on the scope of work. If you are cutting and treating invasives
and replacing with natives in the buffer zone, then an RDA is sufficient. If you are excavating, spraying, and/or working
in the wetland an NOI will be required. Is there still other hardscaping proposed by the house? That should be shown
on the plan with distances to the edge of wetland. Obviously the wetland line should be shown on the plan too.

I suppose landscape plan is being a bit generous as the attached is a planting plan. I was waiting to hear back
on whether or not we would need to file a COI to have the engineered landscape plan taken care of.
