Hi Kelly,
I am writing in regards to my home at 82 Harbor Rd. I did receive the documents you sent a couple weeks ago and are in
the process of hiring a landscaper to provide a plan for the back yard where the property climbs into the woods My
father who lives part time in Yarmouth, cleaned up the hill to remove all the leaves and poison ivy and broken wooden
wall and stair supports leading up the hill as it posed a danger to my children and dogs. Our plan is to construct a 3.5 ft
natural rock wall topped with small trees and plantings directly behind the house within our property limits. I believe we
have narrowed it down to two local companies. They will be handling the project as I live off cape.
On a separate matter- Today I received another letter regarding 86 Harbor, the lot adjacent to ours where the pictures
sent to me are from. This is not where my father did his work. I have the plot plan and there are still surveyed markers
on the land from the previous owner. When I called him to ask exactly what he did, he says he followed the marked lot
lines to the rear of the house when cleaning the back hill and he did not do anything beyond that knowing we were
researching landscape companies. The pictures you sent of #86 is not the area he did any work, and I have no further
knowledge on that regard as I have not yet moved in and did not see anything that may have taken place there, or
when. I’ve also asked my father if he had seen anything happening on the lot next door and he did not.
Once we have a plan in place for the back yard, both of the landscape companies We spoke with told me they are full
service and will be coming to the town with their plan to see if they require any permitting. That will probably happen
some time this month. There is currently no work being done, and again, I can not help any further with the photos of
the abutting side property as that is not the area where my father did any work.
Please feel free to call me or follow up here via email, as it is the best way to reach me as I work full time and do not
always have free phone time.
Thank you,
Adriana Parianos
