The homeowner agrees to stop the proposed prived hedge at the property line. The Trust Land area will be restored to prior conditions - which consisted of lawn. Below is a picture from a magazine that featured the property in 2007 documenting the lan area. There needs to be a planting plan for restoring the disturbed area on the Conservation Trust property. I suggest consulting with the Trust on this to make sure they are satisfied. 2. Fill that was added along the Trust property should be removed as part of the restoration. 3. The privet hedge should not extend on to the Trust property. It should stop at the property line. 4. The proposed patio should be pervious. The homeowners of 82 Harbor Road, West Yarmouth hired us to prepare a filing for the site improvements they intend doing to their property. Attached is a DRAFT of the Site Plan we prepared depicting the project. If possible I would like to have a pre-filing review of this project with you to address any concerns/comments you may have.
