I suggest that the area beyond the property line be seeded with native meadow mix rather than lawn grasses. The area within the 35 foot no-disturb zone to the wetland resource area will need to be native vegetation. I have a contact at the Land Trust if you need it. The homeowner agrees to stop the proposed prived hedge at the property line. The Trust Land area will be restored to prior conditions - which consisted of lawn. Below is a picture from a magazine that featured the property in 2007 documenting the lan area. There needs to be a planting plan for restoring the disturbed area on the Conservation Trust property. I suggest consulting with the Trust on this to make sure they are satisfied. 2. Fill that was added along the Trust property should be removed as part of the restoration. 3. The privet hedge should not extend on to the Trust property. It should stop at the property line. 4. The proposed patio should be pervious.
