See condition 10 (page 5) in the Order for the details on the sign.
The original Order of Conditions needs to be recorded with the registry. In my file it says we sent the original went to
Phil Cheney as your representative. Did it go from him to your attorney?
If it has been lost a new original will be required so please let me know.
Once we have the Order recorded and the sign up I can meet with the contractor to review the work. No work should
continue until these items have been addressed.

My new contractor is JWL Landscape Jeff Ladner 508-428-3124 He suggests you contact him to arrange a time for a site
visit.
Where do I get the MassDEP file Number sign? Is that something I just create or is it a specific sign?
I have given the conditions to be filed to my Lawyer again. I seems he miss placed them UGH!!
