Thanks for this Robert, Good find on the license!
The Certificate of Compliance SE83-773 you found is actually for the dock at 190 Blue Rock Road, so does not relate to
the association property. I have that permit and COC on file for the neighboring property.
As your dock license predates the local regulations, it is not surprising there is no Order of Conditions on file for it. The
license plan becomes the plan of record until the dock needs to be rebuilt.
So the next step is to compare what is in the license plan to what is in place now. The two should match for the dock to
be in compliance. If there are any additional floats etc. in place, these will need to be removed or permitted.
Take a look at the plan and see how it relates to the current configuration and we can go from there.

The following is an answer to your email/question of (August 7, 2020) that a State License for the pier/floats for
the Blue Rock Heights Association located at 194 Blue Rock Rd. was not on file in your office.
Please see attached License # (5619) has been located. As you can see it's origin is December 15, 1969.

I have also attached a Certificate of Compliance #108161, issued by the Yarmouth Conservation Department on
November 7, 1988.
These were listed under the name of Pondveiw Development and Long Pond Acres Estates which would
explain why they could not be found. Please check your file under that name to see what you have.
