Thanks for the call back yesterday.
The below was placed in the report to Mr. Williams, as stated on the phone, we ALL just want to ensure the home is free from mold.
Logan Patrick also identified black in the basement insulation as well.
We want to ensure Mr. William approves and shares our concerns in your scope of work.
* The following rooms showed significant water intrusion: 1st flr. Bathroom, 1st flr. Workout room ceiling, 1st flr. Bedroom, 2nd flr. Bedroom drywall shows signs that the water
has penetrated the drywall for a period of time, also showing signs of mildew in these same areas. (photos enclosed)
Owner hired Green Home Solution based on my past experience for Mold Analysis/ Remediation & Air Quality. They are onsite today 2 25 2021. They will provide FULL report.
As I stated on the phone, we will look for your documents upon your findings/ completion of work.
