(BSC) is pleased to submit this Request for a Certificate of Compliance (RCOC) on behalf of Craig Field (the Applicant) for the project authorized in the Order of Conditions (DEP File #SE83-1604) for the property located at 28 Bray Farm Road North, Yarmouthport, Massachusetts (the Site). The project consisted a pool with associated fence and concrete patio, retaining wall, and work associated with the existing driveway. A site inspection was conducted by BSC on April 22, 2021 to assess the condition of jurisdictional Resource Areas on Site and to confirm that the proposed work was completed as within substantial compliance with the approved plans. All areas of work including the pool, retaining wall, and driveway, apart from minor alterations to the surface runoff control features, were determined to be completed within substantial compliance of the Order of Conditions (OOC) issued on September 12, 2002. Alterations associated with the proposed surface runoff/drainage features include the relocation of the drywell (now catch basin) to the southwestern corner of the pool below the wall and French drains/planting beds around the perimeter of the concrete pool patio (located within the fence and raise pool patio area). These alterations serve as the betterment to the proposed surface runoff drainage features through the expansion of areas to receive and retain stormwater run-off and because the stormwater is now being directed in large part away from the Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW) and its associated Buffer Zones. BSC is now seeking the issuance of an RCOC, regarding the pool with associated fence and concrete patio, retaining wall, and work associated with the existing driveway.
