Hi Travis
The fence is not really a concern of mine unless it relates the stormwater work. I still haven’t seen the engineers report
of the remaining items to be completed for the stormwater system. Can you please send that through. If you are on
st
track to have the stormwater work completed by June 1 then you should be OK. You will then need to request a
Certificate of Compliance.

HI Kelly,
I spoke with Hedi at your office this morning and she explained to me that you are out of the office for the
week. I wanted to let you know that I received an unfortunate call this morning regarding our fence. We
were scheduled with Cape Cod fence, but I was informed that they are not able to get supplies in time to
complete the fence by the June 1st deadline. They will not be able to complete the fence until sometime in
August. I am hoping that there is an extension that we can file for just the fence. We plan on completing
everything else on the violation list by the June 1st deadline, but the fence is out of our control at this point. I
will reach out to other fence contractors, but what I am being told is it is a supply issue.
Thank you,
Travis Stopa
