bounded and described as follows:

1. I am the duly appointed Trustee of the Trust and have not resigned nor been
removed and have full power to act as Trustees.
2. The Trust Document referenced above is a true copy thereof as now in effect, the
Trust is now in full force and effect and has not been ternninated or revoked, nor has the Trust been
amended or modified -other than as stated hereinabove.
3. Pursuant to the Trust, the Trustees have full power and authority to sell, transfer,
convey, or otherwise dispose of all or any part of the Trust property.
4. The execution of a Deed from the Trust to Michael R. Pargoli, individually, for
nominal consideration, has been duly authorized, and such authorization is now in full force and
