Thank you for your time on the phone regarding this property. Attached are photos of the condition the property was in on April 17 and 18th. I will need to send pictures in multiple
emails. It sounds from our conversation that he has done some major maintenance this week since these photos. At any rate, hopefully he'll come to his senses are give a partial refund
of $900. I have correspondence between him and I acknowledging about 90% of the issues but we were being difficult since no one else ever complained.
