Good morning!
I plan to take a sample today of the sand and will go to the various yards in the area that carry the screened sand. Once
we find the match I will coordinate removal/replacement of the white sand. Along with plants. Thanks!

Hi Matt:
I have cc'd Kelly, the conservation agent on this email; we spoke this morning about the project, so this
should keep everyone on the same page.
I met CPUunlimited at the site this morning.
We looked it all over, and they have a copy of the plan and the order of conditions.
There is about 8 inches of the white sand on the beach, and that will be replaced with clean "screened"
sand from the pit.
I asked that they take a sample of the sand that is under the white sand to the pit, and see if it matches.
Whatever volume they take out is what should go back.
Also (I didn't mention this to them), the concrete blocks that are at the end of the dock also need to be
removed, so please add that to your scope of work; Lemco isn't going to do that.
I talked to the agent, and there is an allowance for different salt tolerant plants to be planted, and there
can be some loam put down in the planting area no problem.
I've attached several planting lists that commissions use; if you need to substitute, please use something
off these lists.

Let me know if you have any questions.
When you are contracted with the landscapers, please let me know, and please also let me know when
you will be pulling the sand out.
Thank you very much.

Jill-
The shore engineer, Mark Burgess, will be at my house later this week to check
on the dock progress. It might be a good time for him to walk you through the
beach project if you're available. It would be great if you could put together a
rough estimate after you know the ins and outs of the job.
I've copied Mark on this message, I'll let you guys take it from here.
Cheers and thanks!

Hi Matt,
Hope you are well. Yes absolutely we’d be happy to take on this job. If you’d
like to put us in touch with the engineer (or visa Breda) that would be great.
They have been working hard on your dock and it’s looking like it’s going to be
great once completed. I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi Jill-
Quick question for you as we near spring:
I think I mentioned last year that I'll need someone to remove the
sand from our beach to comply with town violation notice. My
engineer says it doing so would require a small backhoe digger.
Do you guys have access to equipment like that? Do you want
the gig? If so, I'll hook you up with the engineer. No big rush, we
can't start until the dock is done,
Hope you are well!

Hi Matt,
I hope this email finds you well! We are preparing for the
upcoming season and the start of spring cleanups. I just wanted
to reach out and confirm services for this year. If you could
please confirm continuing mowing and irrigation services
would be great! We generally start mowings in May. Thank
you!
