(in order to manage the Phragmites on the town owned beach adjacent to the beach owned by 35 Aunt Dorah’s Lane, Yarmouthport) We anticipate that this Phragmites management will address all the Phragmites on both properties and will commence Fall of 2021 to be most successful. As we discussed, after I bring Francesco Melandri (owner at 35 Aunt Dorah’s Lane) up to date on our phone meeting, I will send an email out including Jen Crawford & Crawford Land Management. Given that service providers on the Cape are way behind, we will try to re-group with Crawford Land Management about a revised schedule, costs, invoicing on the proposed and approved plans for 35 Aunt Dorah’s Lane. We can be patient with a revised schedule and understanding of various impacts on businesses. Francesco definitely wants to remain in good standing with the Yarmouth Conservation Commission and with Crawford Land Management. Thanks again and take care, Audrey Audrey Hazel Compass Design 617-584-7866 Ahazel@compassdesign.us 1
