I have the Old King's Highway "Exterior Features Eligible for Certificate of Exemption Application" and found #10 on the second page which lists "Window/door replacements". The project is in the back of the house and completely invisible from Trophy Ln or the Old King's Highway now Route 6A. I am submitting this application without the $20 fee knowing you may not be able to process it as soon as possible. The check will be cut by my bank and should be received by Town Hall on 29Apr2021. As mentioned, via phone call today, my two recent total knee replacements, makes a bit hard to get around safely to drop off. Attached to this email you will find the completed application and "mockup" placement. The applicable parts of#10 listed below: a) List number and location of windows/doors to be replaced (see mockup). The windows and door have wet rotted and must be replaced. b) 2 Andersen 400 Casement Windows and 1 Andersen 200 Narroline door. There are no grid patterns. Both are of like kind. c) See mockup attached indicating the windows and door are clear white pine, interior will be stained to match, exterior is white as previous.
