I hope you are well.
I have attached two pics. One is what is currently the Float System at the Marina for Blue Rock Heights
Association.
The 2nd labeled "Previous" is what I have found in my research. According to what I have uncovered, a change
took place in 2004. It is my understanding that Larry Demers owner of Cape Cod Docks designed and made the
most recent change. At that time Mr. Demers indicated:
"no need to go to town for additional approval" and "change in configuration should be ok" by Larry
Demers.
In addition, I have sent a request to Beacon Docks for any information they might have as Beacon has
purchased Cape Cod Docks.
I just received an email; from Jennifer at Beacon Marine. The following is her reply:
Larry Demers does not work for Beacon Marine, and unfortunately, the old Cape Cod Docks customer files did not
transfer over to Beacon Marine. Also, from my 12 years working for Larry Demers, I know that he would not have kept
files for any longer than 10 years.
Please advise.
