I can do a CO inspection for everything but the plantings if you can certify compliance with the rest of the
plan/order. We can then just do a full COC in the fall.

Hello Kelly, We have two OOc’s open for this site. One for the house and one for the pier & float.
We are coming near completion and will be filing for the COC on the pier shortly. On the house everything is moving
nicely and numerous drywells are installed. However the plantings will not be done for the fall. Is it possible to get a
partial sign off to allow the building department to issue their CO to keep this moving when the building department
require it. We are not ready yet but just want to discuss this with you.
