Repainting in the same color does not require approval. Also, painting or changing from a color to *white does not need to be approved. The Old King's Highway Committee will review your color choices for appropriateness to the style&setting of the house. To paint or change house, trim, shutters or doors to a color other than white an Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness must be presented to the OKH Committee for approval.
