It is a condition of these permits that they be closed out with a Certificate of Compliance once the work is
completed. Please arrange for a Request for Certificate of Compliance to be submitted for these projects at your earliest
convenience.

Good Morning Ms. Grant,
I am writing in follow up to my e-mail of last Thursday. Beacon Marine Construction, LLC has informed me
that they will be able to facilitate the float removal between the beginning and middle of June. Due to their
existing commitments at this time, they are unfortunately unable to schedule a workcrew at any time before
then. I will follow further to confirm removal once completed.
Unless I hear from you otherwise, I will trust that you are amenable to this scheduling.

I am contacting you on behalf of my mother, Patricia A. Drenzek in regard to your letter dated May 11, 2021
with respect to the above-captioned property. Please take this e-mail as confirmation that we are in receipt of
your letter. We have contacted our marine contractor, Beacon Marine Construction, LLC, and requested the
removal of floats as required in your letter. We have requested that Beacon Marine Construction, LLC
complete the removal as soon as would be practically possible.
I will provide you with follow up notification as soon as I am made aware that a removal date has been
scheduled, or the removal has been completed, whichever is sooner.
