It has been my understanding that due to the Covid related meeting restrictions the only way to be heard by the board was to file for review of appropriateness and to get on the official meeting schedule. However,during the hearing the chairmen mentioned that an informal meeting was in-fact an option and for them would have been the preferred method to initiate this process as well. Due to the many logistical constraints this project site imposes,many of which are extremely difficult to communicate through a zoom meeting,we are wondering if it is possible for us to host a meeting on-site with as many board members as is feasible so we may fully address the concerns raised by the board as we complete our project designs in preparation for a formal submittal to the board for approval? If a site meeting is not feasible,would an informal online meeting be possible outside of the constraints of the scheduled hearing dates/times so as to not interrupt the official meeting agenda?
