Please accept this letter as an attachment to our OKH Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness Withdrawal
Form.
It has been my understanding that due to the Covid related meeting restrictions the only way to be heard by the
board was to file for review of appropriateness and to get on the official meeting schedule. However,during the
hearing the chairmen mentioned that an informal meeting was in-fact an option and for them would have been
the preferred method to initiate this process as well.
Due to the many logistical constraints this project site imposes,many of which are extremely difficult to
communicate through a zoom meeting,we are wondering if it is possible for us to host a meeting on-site with as
many board members as is feasible so we may fully address the concerns raised by the board as we complete our
project designs in preparation for a formal submittal to the board for approval?
If a site meeting is not feasible,would an informal online meeting be possible outside of the constraints of the
scheduled hearing dates/times so as to not interrupt the official meeting agenda?

WAIVER OF 45-DAY DETERMINATION
The applicant/applicant's agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared
National and State public health emergencies the determination of our Application for a
Certificate of Appropriateness/Demolition/Exemption may not be made within 45 days of the
filing of such application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as
required by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
SECTION 9-Meetings, Hearings, Time for Making Determinations
"As soon as convenient after such public hearing; but in any event within forty-five (45) days
after the,filing of application, or within such further time as the applicant shall allow in
writing, the Committee shall make a determination on the application. "
