Good afternoon Grayce, We are ready to start the permitting process for a project we are going to be doing at 61 Helmsman Dr. Attached is the submittal sheet for sign-off as well as the application for exemption. We are replacing a couple windows and doors, some siding and a portion of an existing deck. ALL work is being done at the rear of the property and cannot be seen from any public way or place.
