(BSC) is pleased to submit this Request to for Certificate of Compliance (RCOC) on behalf of our client, John & Matt Spillane, for the property located at 8 Channel Point Drive, West Yarmouth (the Site). The permitted project at the Site involved the various landscaping and gravel driveways. The Order of Conditions (OOC), DEP File #SE83-1546, was issued on 7/6/1998. On April 29, 2021, Paul Mancuso of BSC, conducted an inspection to confirm the current condition of the site. Despite the project being completed ~20 years ago, a majority of the work remains in significant compliance with the OOC and approved project plans. The gravel driveways, the Japanese Knotweed removal from the lawn, the existing wild rose area, and the planted Rugosa rose area still in compliance with the OOC. Some of the areas planted with Rugosa rose have been colonized by other vegetation species as well which could be expected after 20 years.
