A few things to note:  Wetland delineations will need to be updated – they don’t appear accurate on the plan.  35 foot no-disturb zone should be shown on the plan  Riverfront Area should be shown on the plan – 100 foot line and 200 foot line. The application should clearly demonstrate how the project meets 310 CMR 10.58(5)  Stormwater runoff will need to be address (as you noted) Regards Kelly Grant Conservation Administrator Town of Yarmouth 508-398-2231 Ext 1288 kgrant@yarmouth.ma.us From: Apex Excavating \[mailto:ApexExcavatingLLC@outlook.com\] Sent: Thursday, June 17, 2021 6:45 AM To: Grylls, Mark <mgrylls@yarmouth.ma.us>; Brandolini, Jim <JBrandolini@yarmouth.ma.us>; Grant, Kelly <KGrant@yarmouth.ma.us> Subject: 280 Main Street Improvements Attention! I would like to discuss if this is feasible before I bring Coastal engineering on board for civil engineering. Bellew Tile has seen a major influx of business from local contractors and homeowners and in turn has been seeing a substantial increase in vendor deliveries. 1
