Hi Bradley
The proposed work appears to be feasible if the work is within previously disturbed area, but will require Conservation
Commission review and approval. A few things to note:
Wetland delineations will need to be updated – they don’t appear accurate on the plan.
35 foot no-disturb zone should be shown on the plan
Riverfront Area should be shown on the plan – 100 foot line and 200 foot line. The application should clearly
demonstrate how the project meets 310 CMR 10.58(5)
Stormwater runoff will need to be address (as you noted)

Greetings Kelly, Mark & James,
I am in the planning stages of adding additional pavement in the rear of 280 Main Street, Bellew Tile. I would
like to discuss if this is feasible before I bring Coastal engineering on board for civil engineering. Bellew Tile
has seen a major influx of business from local contractors and homeowners and in turn has been seeing a
substantial increase in vendor deliveries.
