Deadlines for application submission and corresponding meeting dates can be found on the next page. Please pay close attention to the due dates; they are set to accommodate legal deadlines for The Register, Yarmouth's weekly newspaper, and cannot be waived. Applications must be complete at the time of submission. Please note that agendas may close prior to the deadline at the discretion of the Committee Chairman; OKHC accepts only 12 applications per hearing. Hearing notices will be publicly posted and advertised under legal notices in The Register at least one week prior to the public hearing.
