This letter is to confirm that Cape Cod Alarm has completed the upgrade of the life
safety, which included smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and heat detectors at 12
Copley Place, South Yarmouth. Cape Cod Alarm is currently monitoring the smoke, heat and
carbon monoxide detectors on-site through our central station located at 204 Old Townhouse
Road, West Yarmouth. All equipment is currently functioning as designed.
