Attached please find a revised plan responsive to the last meeting and the onsite meeting with the Coastal Process
Specialist Greg Berman.
The plan is dated revised 6-30-21, size 18”x24”, 9 sets.
Also attached is an 11”x17” color overlay of the design onto Greg Bermans red line sketch with wall limit
recommendation, indicating compliance with recommendation. Dated 7-1-21, nine copies.
Changes to the original vertical wall plan dated 4-14-21 are as follows:
1. Shortened wall to East of garage and pulled back to the red line drawn by Greg Berman.
2. Updated the waterfront topography, MHW, and top of bank (steep scarp) with survey data from 6-29-21.
3. Indicated 1.5 horizontal to 1 vertical sloping rock wall is to be installed if/when erosion reaches the vertical wall
per request of Berman.
4. Noted coir log work limit line at top of bank and sheet pile length of 16’, noted 3’ native planting strip on locus
side of wall.
