FROM THE DATE OF THE INSTALLATION OF THE SOIL ABSORPTION SYSTEM UNTIL RECEIPT OF THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE, THE PERIMETER SHALL BE STAKED AND FLAGGED TO PREVENT USE OF THE AREA THAT MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SYSTEM. 13.) THE DESIGNER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SYSTEM AS DESIGNED UNLESS CONSTRUCTED AS SHOWN ON PLAN. ANY CHANCES SHALL BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE ENGINEER. 14.) THE BOARD OF HEALTH REQUIRES INSPECTION OF ALL CONSTRUCTION BY AN AGENT OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH AND THE DESIGNER.
