ment used in the maintenance of the building or grounds.
4. If no house is built upon the premises herein described i
within eight months of sale completion, the said grantee 'Agrees to
make every effort to achieve a neat and orderly appearance of his land;
to remove dead trees and shrubs, together with unsightly ground
growth debris; and to at all times keep his land cleared of fallen
leaves, branches and generally attractive.
5. No large dogs will be kept on said premises. Small dogs are
acceptable, but must have run-ways or enclosures,or be with the owner
when out for a run or walk.
