Call the sender to verify if unsure. Otherwise delete this email. Dear Kelly I trust this email finds you well. I know things are quite backed up post covid and I will continue to work through Audrey to be sure we can accomplish what is required as timely as possible given people's availability. I want to finish the project. This email is for the main purpose to let you know I plan to do my annual clean up (rake, pick up shells/rocks/garbage, etc) of my beach this week. Given my neighbor I thought it prudent to let you know. It will be done by hand and with full awareness of the 'do not disturb' restoration zones on each end of the property. If this work description is not enough for you I can get you a more detailed description (per your instructions) and welcome a site visit if needed. Finally given the delay in restoration, Audrey will be contacting you to see if there are things we can be doing without the engineers- primarily cleaning and planting of the embankment with approved species and beach 1 enhancement(both on the plan). I am confident we can make some progress on the non-marsh part of the plan and preventing erosion but seek approval as I would be doing this with my landscaper and Audrey, not the engineering team. I am available to discuss all of this as needed and please advise on how best to proceed. I am writing this email because I have not received a response to my last email & several messages left at your office. I am hoping you will be available now for some follow up on pricing, scheduling & invoicing. Gretchen Crawford had indicated last year that you would be able to do the phragmites management last fall, and you had indicated that salt marsh restoration would be more likely to succeed in the absence of phragmites. In addition, Kelly has obtained / provided permission to address the phragmites on the adjacent town beach parcel, as discussed on site with the conservation commission members last year. This seems like the first step under the order of conditions. Will you kindly let us know of your availability to provide costs & schedule, as well as your availability to begin phragmites management this Fall? Your response and help with this property are much appreciated. Best regards to everyone at Crawford LM. Thanks, Audrey Audrey Hazel Compass Design 617-584-7866 Ahazel@compassdesign.us 2
