The existing bathroom layout will remain the same.
Existing tub will be refinished. Tub/shower trim,
mixing valve, and trip level drain will be replaced.
Water supply lines and waste piping will not be changed
Existing sink will be removed. New vanity and under -
mount sink will be installed in same position. New
faucet and water shutoff valves will be installed.
Water supply lines and waste piping in wall will not
be changed,
Existing toilet will be removed and stored, and then
reinstalled in same position after drywall, painting
and floor tiling is completed. Water supply line and
waste piping will not be changed.
Plumbing Work:
Disconnect fixtures (sink,
toilet and tub) from water
supply and waste piping.
Remove existing sink and
install new sink with new
shutoff valves after new
vanity is installed.
Remove toilet and store
Reinstall toilet after
floor tilinq is completed.
Replace tub drain and
shower and tub trim.
Dining
Install wall
tile above
tub.
Refinish exist.
tub after wall
& floor tiling
