As discussed, here is a link to the webpage that has information about our regulations and filing requirements. You are
required to submit a Notice of Intent within 6 months, before any further cutting takes place. No further work should
take place until you have on Order of Conditions in hand.

I have also attached a guidance document that you can reference. I checked the guidance and the best time to cut
phragmites is late July so your timing was pretty good. Cutting at other times may increase stand density.
