The name of the applicant is Joseph Toppi B. The applicant has filed a Notice of Intent with the Yarmouth Conservation Commission,seeking permission to remove,fill,dredge or alter an Area Subject to Protection under the Wetlands Protection Act(MGL c.131 s.40&Town of Yarmouth Wetland By-Law,Chapter 143).
