Yes, we did take a look at the low area. We found no evidence of standing water and no wetland vegetation. Trees are
Red Cedar, Black Oak, Sassafras we had no wetland plants in the herbaceous shrub/layer either.
The BVW closely matched the original delineation (previously approved). It’s a shrub swamp filled mostly with
Phragmites and open water when we were at the site with Highbush Blueberry shrub layer surrounding (mostly).
Surrounding upland again mostly Black Oak and Sassafrass.

Can you also send me the details of the wetlands delineation for this project? There’s nothing in the application. Was
the low lying area to the south of the lot investigated for isolated wetland characteristics?
