Dear Kelly,
Sorry I missed your call and thank you for your prompt response. Please accept this reply as a written request for
Emergency Certification for the cleanup of the oil spill at 24 Charles Street as including environmental assessment and
remedial response activities within the Coastal Bank buffer zone. We are now considering additional soil removal
and/or treatment of residually impacted soils and groundwater to support closure as presently awaiting analytical
results and review of remedial alternatives.
I am copying the owner Amy MacIsaac herein to coordinate a site visit on Tuesday morning as understanding that the
septic installation is underway. I have a conference call at 9:00 am that I can work around and suggesting meeting at the
property at 9:30-10:30 as otherwise have conflicts in my schedule after 11:30. Please confirm if this time works for
you. Thank you.
