Please also note the cease and desist letter issued to the previous property owner for the encroachment onto town property. This issue appears to remain unresolved. I recommend creating a no-mow area in the area of the encroachment to allow vegetation is reestablish. I have a question about removing trees from our property. We have two large pine trees and two smaller trees on our property that we'd like to remove. One pine tree is all twisted and an eye sore from when the tornado came through a couple years ago. The other pine tree is dropping tons of pine cones into our neighbor's yard and they have complained to us about it. The smaller trees are also encroaching on our neighbors property and are also causing moss, molding, and access for animals to climb on our roof. Do I need to get permission to remove these? Thanks so much! Ralph Thompson 1
