Kelly Grant--Thank you for your time last week to review with myself and Emily Hewitt, owners of 170 Pleasant St, the hand-marked site mitigation plan showing the approximate locations along the north (Acheson) side of the property and beyond the 100' above mean high water mark where we'd like to level the ground and put two sets of blue stone pavers (just set on the ground) for an outside grill and nearby fire pit in one location and further above the 100' mean high water mark in the second location a 84.5 " diameter hot tub. Per our conversation, attached is the property's site mitigation plan overlaid with the precise locations of both the proposed grill/fire pit area and pavers and hot tub area and its pavers and the exact dimensions of the two areas, along with--as you asked--the locations of the 100' mark and the 200' mark. Dave Acheson's architecture office created the plan, and if you would like a larger version of it, just let him know and he'll have it created and sent. Dave has also provided a copy of the current site mitigation plan which is also attached. Concerning the application form you provided us, we have completed that by hand (hope that is okay) and I'll make a PDF of it tomorrow and e-mail it to you tomorrow. Emily and I will be back in South Yarmouth about 2pm on Thursday, Sept. 16 into Sunday, and would certainly be available to meet with you at the property late on Thursday afternoon or anytime that works for you on Friday, Sept. 17. Let us know if you have any questions.
