The approved project consisted the raze and replace of an existing single-family dwelling to include appurtenances and a native planting area. On September 15, 2021, BSC conducted an inspection to confirm the current condition of the site. All work associated with the single-family dwelling and site work were found to be in significant compliance with the Order of Conditions (OOC), DEP File #SE83-2176, issued on 11/20/2018. If the project received an OOC from the Conservation Commission, submit this request to that Commission.
