Subject:RE: 97 Pheasant Cove Circle Hi Matt Unfortunately there are two open Orders of Conditions for this property that will need to be closed out with Certificates of Compliance before I can approve any further work. Here is a link to the file https://lf.yarmouth.ma.us/WebLink/Browse.aspx?id=664526&dbid=0&repo=LASERFICHE Based on the approved plan it looks like some restoration work may be required before the COC request is made. Planting of natives in the buffer zone is exempt under the regulations so that can be done without review though I am happy to look at a planting plan. It looks like there is a fence that will also need to be removed. Hi Kelly, I’ve been working with the homeowner at 97 Pheasant Cove Circle and she would like to do a few minor repairs/upgrades around the house within existing walkways. She is also looking at planting native plants within lawn to expand the salt marsh buffer area. Please see the attached plan. I’m not sure if we can do this administratively, if you want to do a site visit with us, or if we would need to file? The work is very minor and all the planting will be native to expand buffer zones so its obviously good. Let me know your thoughts on this one and we can do a call or site visit if you want to discuss. Best, Matt 1 2
