plan for the staging of materials and equipment so that there is no disturbance to the buffer vegetation or resource
area.

Hi Kelly-- Thanks for talking this morning. See attached draft set, which shows the intended site plan and
addition. The addition cantilevers over the back of the site, but there is no change to existing foundations, site,
or grading.
It would be great if you could evaluate if you believe we would need to file an application with Conservation
for approval.
