QUITCLAIM DEED
We, Gregory J. Pike and Karen M. Pike, of Pertineville, New Jersey, in consideration of
One Dollar ($1.04), grant to Karen M. Pike and William R. Mayer of 33 Shallow Brook
Road, Yarmouth, Massachusetts 02664, the land with all improvements thereon, situated
in Yarmouth (South), Barnstable County, Massachusetts, and being more particularly
described as follows:
Northeasterly by Shallow Brook Road, one hundred (100.000) feet;
Southeasterly by Lot 200, one hundred three and 08/100 (103.08) feet;
Southwesterly by a portion of Lot 218 and 216 and by Lot 217, one hundred sixty-one
and 42/100 (161.42) feet; and
Northwesterly by Lot 202, one hundred four and 271100 (104.27) feet.
0 All of said boundaries are determined by the Court to be located as shown on subdivision
plan 30561-B (sheet 5) dated November 2, 1964, drawn by Gerald A. Mercer & Co., Inc.,
Surveyors, and filed in the Land registration Office at Boston, a copy of which is filed in
Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Land Registration Book 265, Page 98 with
Uj Certificate of Title No. 33986 and said land is shown thereon as Lot 201,
Said Land is Subject to restrictions set forth in Document 78193,

There is appurtenant to said land right of way over the ways shown on said plan in
common with others entitled thereto.
Said land is subject to the rights granted in an easement given to the Cape & Vineyard
Electric Company et al dated February 24, 1965, being document no. 94483.

Said land is subject to the rights granted in an easement given to the Inhabitants of the
Town of Yarmouth dated May 6, 1965 being document no. 95841.
