Regards: Request for Certificate of Compliance: Order from Enforcement Order SE#83-2292 John Aubin, 117 Pawkannawkut Drive, West Yarmouth Dear Commission Members and Administrator Kelly Grant: On September 10, 2021, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for John Aubin, 117 Pawkannawkut Drive, West Yarmouth, There were minor modifications to the bulkhead including removal of sediment from the waterway and a wider bulkhead cap which were offset by additional landscape plantings as discussed in the Enforcement Order and September 2, 2021, Public Hearing. The Aubin site, to the best of my knowledge and belief, is in substantial compliance with both outstanding Orders of Conditions. We respectfully request the issuance of the Certificate of Compliance for SE#83-2292 at this time. A separate request was made for SE#83-2196. Thank you for your consideration.
