RELIEF REQUESTED: The applicant seeks the following relief from the Board of Appeals:
Replaced a 14.5 x 24' open deck with and enclosed 3 season room, some footprint. Non conforming 19.2'setback approved by Mark Grylls prior to building
After construction finished, the 19.2' setback was determined to be 19.1' after shingles and corner boards attached.
Asking for a special permit to allow building to stand as is.
