Site:  o Include foundations plantings along the front to soften the façade facing the roadway.  2. The proposal does not look too bad to me and I am OK with the look of the front. The elevations show a much preferred pitched roof but the specs call for an unattractive flat rubber roof. I would also suggest trees be asked for on the westerly boundary behind the building as the 10 foot buffer here has no existing greenery. Although there are new trees on the adjacent site it is my personal opinion that the entire buffer should have them. Thanks.
